Ready to have some fun with your dog? Ready to challenge your dog’s brain? Want to build a better bond with your dog? Take a tricks class! These classes are meant to be fun for both you and your dog. No obedience, no timers, just a class to have fun with your dog and learn new skills from our certified tricks instructor!
Novice Tricks
During this class you will learn how to teach your dog enough tricks to earn your Novice Trick Dog Title from ‘Do More With Your Dog’ (DMWYD). We will start with some basics, such as shake, touch, and spin. Then we will build up to teaching your dog to get in a box, turn on a tap light and say his prayers. And much more! Impress your friends and the folks at the dog food store and have fun with your dog. Last class will include DMWYD Novice Trick Dog title certification testing. Certification cost is an additional $25.
No Prerequisites.
Not appropriate for reactive dogs.

Intermediate Tricks
Does your dog know all the basic tricks and is ready for more? This Intermediate Tricks class builds on the novice tricks, taking it up to the next level. During this class, you will learn how to teach your dog enough tricks to earn your Intermediate Trick Dog Title from ‘Do More With Your Dog’ (DMWYD). The class will include teaching your dog to play soccer, play a toy piano, balance a treat on the end of his nose, and much more. Impress your friends and family! Last class will include DMWYD Intermediate Trick Dog title certification. Certification cost is an additional $25
Not appropriate for reactive dogs.
Prerequisites:
Novice Tricks, DMWYD or AKC Novice Trick Dog title or equivalent. Your dog should know the foundational novice tricks such as sit, down, spin, shake, touch, target, paws up, etc. If you are uncertain please contact the instructor for clarification.

Expert Tricks
​
You and your dog are working as a team, and your dog loves to learn and stretch for more. This is the class for you! The Expert Trick Class builds on the foundation level trick classes to create some impressive and entertaining tricks. During this class you will learn how to teach your dog enough tricks to earn your Expert Trick Dog Title from ‘Do More With Your Dog’ (DMWYD). This class will include teaching your dog how to walk a double beam, play footsies, play the shell game, fetch the mail (including opening and closing the mailbox), working with a rainbow ladder, and more. Reach for the next level with your dog! Certification cost is an additional $25 per level. Not appropriate for reactive dogs.

Prerequisites:
Intermediate Tricks, DMWYD or AKC Intermediate Trick Dog title or equivalent. Your dog should know the foundational novice and intermediate tricks, should understand both a nose target and a paw target, and should be comfortable working with you to learn new things.
