All-positive, effective family dog training
Imagine a dog that…
Sits to greet people, Walks nicely on a leash, Comes when called, & Goes to a mat on command
Sounds too good to be true?
Then you don’t know what you’re missing. And no, it doesn’t
take special mind control powers or endless hours of training
for obedience championships. Just incorporate the simple
principles of positive reinforcement dog training in your daily
routine with your dog—and watch the transformation.
Due to the SHELTER IN PLACE order in Minnesota, For The Love of Dogs has suspended group classes until at least April 11th and will suspend open/private pool and barn hunt session starting March 27th at 5:00 pm until at least April 11th. We will re-evaluate as needed based on the status of the COVOD-19 situation. Stay well!

“When we brought home our energetic and slightly stubborn puppy, we knew he would need training. Kristin has not only provided us with positive training techniques that really work, she has taught me a great deal."
“I wouldn’t take my dog to any other training facility.”
I have seen a significant change in my dogs behavior and I feel that this was a great foundational course for us. Our instructor was very knowledgeable about dog training was very instructive during our lessons. She gave great feedback and was timely. I thought of her as kind of a dog whisper lady. I can tell that all staff present were very passionate about their job and took it seriously.
Thanks so much for all of the learning. I will be back for another course.
